We act on your behalf when arranging insurance and access products from a range of insurers and intermediaries. In some cases we may use a selected panel or specialist partner to obtain suitable cover. Full details are available on request.
Depending on the product, we may:

• Provide advice and make a recommendation

• Arrange insurance on a non-advised basis

Where advice is provided, we will issue a Demands and Needs statement. Where cover is arranged without advice, we will confirm this clearly in writing.

When acting as an intermediary, we normally act as your agent when sourcing quotations, arranging cover, and assisting with claims. In certain situations we may act as agent of the insurer, for example when authorised to collect premiums or issue documentation. Any conflicts of interest are managed in accordance with FCA rules.

We are usually paid by commission from the insurer. This is a percentage of the total premium.

We may charge administration fees for certain services such as policy changes or cancellations. Any fees will be disclosed before payment is taken.

You must take reasonable care to provide accurate and complete information before cover is arranged and throughout the life of the policy.

Failure to disclose relevant information may result in cancellation, rejected claims, or invalid cover.

Premiums must be paid in accordance with our instructions.

Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your policy and loss of cover.

Payments are made to RAW Insurance Brokers Ltd’s FCA-approved Non-Statutory Trust account, which protects client funds in line with FCA regulations.

You may have the right to cancel within 14 days of inception or receipt of documentation, whichever is later. Refer to your policy wording for full details.

Refunds are subject to insurer terms and any applicable administration charges.

Claims should be reported as soon as possible.
